Benny Hill: "We have this lovely Carriage Clock that goes for 8 days without winding".... "How long will it go if you wind it?" asks Jackie Wright. Such a brilliantly funny line. Comedic genius.
I miss you Benny, to think you did it all...scripts, sketches, songs, music, discovering new talents like Diana Darvey which you found in Spain in one of your many travels. Oh how I wish we had other comic genius like you Beny, although Rowan Atkinson is not bad he does haven't that twinkle in his eyes the way you did. RIP Alfred Hawthorne Hill aka Benny Hill just a thought Freddy Hill would have been a nice name also.
You just don't see genuinely funny comedy like this now. No current so called comedians come anywhere close to him. Thames TV should have been ashamed the way they treated Benny
Trevor Keyes He was called Jackie Wright. Back in the 70’s I was engaged to a chap & Jackie was his great uncle. I never met him though as I broke off the engagement!
One of my favourite shows and still very funny. Shame on the current stations that they've deemed him un PC and don't show, ie ban, repeats. Yet still show the current crop of shows that are equally risque but 100% nowhere near as funny.
The point is The PC Brigade simply do not get or understand and want it all their own way.. As in this sketch it was dear ol Jackie who bore the brunt of Bennys humour, females were just a sideshow. With Jackie it was all good fun, but god help Benny as far as girls were concerned.
Benny...you'll never be forgotten. Most of today's comedians are as funny as a fire at an orphanage...
The Benny Hill show was always hilarious! Thanks for the memories Benny!
Rest in peace Benny
I love your Show so much

Benny Hill. I'm always in stitches when I watch him. One of the funniest comedians this country produced. 😅The way he was treated was a crime. ...😤😠🙌
Benny Hill, a gem of a comedian. Bless his soul!
Brilliant stuff ! Benny was the best . A real tonic he was . Jackie Wright , Bob Todd etc were the best stooges ever. What a miss these guys are .
And not forgetting Henry McGee !!
I love the 'COME ON! of annoyance in his voice, Benny was brilliant but he also had a great team with him.
Benny you are too funny! How we miss you !!
Now all we get is this pc rubbish
Benny Hill: "We have this lovely Carriage Clock that goes for 8 days without winding"....

Nos hizo reir. Dios lo tenga en su reino.
Benny acted naturally here. Felt like he was actually the host
What class!
Classic comedy compared to today's crap
That's when comedy was good not today
He certainly got the smarmy Nicholas Parsons spot on.
I only watched it to see the head slapping.
...and today we have the likes of Jo Brand. 'Nuff said.
'Nuff? What are you shitting about?
Brilliant
Benny Hill had his knockers!
Love the old man he was excellent
Trevor Keyes Benny's lady guests were better than him.
Trevor Keyes

Damn, that woman in the silver dress and black hair.. She's stunningly beautiful.. Love her smile. Who is she? Someone's Grandma now, lol.
And when you watch this you realise how unfunny most of today's comedians are ...
8 days without winding! How long if you do?
Thnks a genius like many that followed in each decade in the UK.
One of my favourite shows and still very funny. Shame on the current stations that they've deemed him un PC and don't show, ie ban, repeats. Yet still show the current crop of shows that are equally risque but 100% nowhere near as funny.
Whats the name of the dark haired woman?
Жаль что без перевода, очень смешно.
''Jabragalubru''!!
Classic !
Ни слова не понятно, но интересно
