When I first became an enthusiast this was the first channel I watched and it made me want to go out and ride all the rides I could. I also thought It was cool that I had the same home park as you. Thank you for making all your cool videos!
I'm so glad that you have found job opportunities for your career, it's so sad that you are retiring the channel, and I will miss you posting new coaster content!
Nice video! I wonder how the short form videos on youtube even get monetized but I know its a hobby. I like a lot of different things too like museums, aquariums, zoos, going to concerts, and watching / following NFL. I wish you luck on your future and whatever you decide to do like with your career you mentioned.
Thank you for the channel, and I'm glad you're doing what's best for you. But it sounds as if you can call this an "indefinite hiatus" rather than a "retirement"?
Yeah I think I wasn’t clear enough about that in the video. The North Star Coasters channel and branding will be retired in May, and in the future if I do return, it would be a new channel with a broader scope of travel, adventure, and thrill seeking.
Much love Micah! Kinda bummed that I won't see your stuff popping up in my feed anymore, but I get it. Couldn't agree with you more on the points you are making. Keep on keeping on brother, and I hope to still bump into you at Valleyfair here and there!
Hey, I thought I would pop in and say that it was definitely a pleasure to be in your videos over the years and letting me be part of the experience (even though I wasn’t the best on camera). Thank you Micah for all the memories we made when we were friends and I will definitely not forget about them. It does really suck retiring this channel but I do understand with you making this decision. It was all fun while it lasted but couldn’t last forever. Glad to see you still have that magnum sign that I gave you in the background. Going forward, I hope things go well in your career, you do find some success in that, and enjoy what you do best. Otherwise, can’t wait to see these last few videos and maybe see you around at VF, who knows. ✌🏻-Carson/MN Thrills
Dude, I can’t lie and say that I’ve been the most supportive subscriber and watched every video you put out or something, but when I did watch I always enjoyed. Especially the vlogs. I hope you have amazing success in your career and your life in general, thanks for the entertainment
I am sorry to see you go, whether it be temporary or not, but I hope you continue to enjoy visiting amusement parks as well as other exciting experiences for years to come.
You will still make videos until may right? I went to valley fair for the first time and ever since then I found your videos and started watching your videos, your content is so entertaining. Especially the if I owned videos.
I don’t really talk about what happened in August in too much detail to protect the other person’s privacy, but let’s just say that I had to let go of someone that I loved

Why do we lose all the good ones? 😢 I respect the decision and totally see where you come from man!
Thank you for all the support and encouragement throughout the years! I’m 100% still gonna watch your videos💯
Well Everyone is retiring 😢😢let’s hope you will have a good time

Yes, the plan is to still release content until may
Heartbroken
If valley fair was to start building a new coaster this summer/fall would you still cover it or not?
it will depend on how soon Valleyfair announces it, I'll be sure to be on the look out this May for any possible signs of something coming
Do you have more details on what happened in August
And will you still go to valley fair over the summers in the future

@@northstarcoasters sorry to here that
