- A chill rainy day vlog.
note: i wanted to try out this korean vlogging style and decided to test it out during a lazy rainy day. not too much happening there; just eating, reading, writing, and running errands. but i wanted to see what you guys think and if you would like me to continue with these style of vlogs. i already see room for improvement so i think the next one could be a lot better and more interesting. but i hope this puts you in a calm mood x

I love it so so much. Do you find that putting text over the video is easier than voice-overs for you? I remember a few weeks ago you were saying that you can find it difficult to verbally communicate sometimes, so I just wondered if this was a solution =) (I find it very nice.)
I love this style, it kind of suits you? You've mentioned how you don't like talking in videos? And if this type of video style helps I think we're all for it.
Mads I agree. It has a lot of my favorite elements of her videos (aesthetic, peaceful, soft music) and the dialogue on the bottom felt like enough. It could also relieve some pressure from feeling the need to act in a neurotypical way, which she mentioned previously. Another idea would be a style like the youtuber Matilda, who uses voiceovers but doesn’t show herself talking
Do you ever known her from the past? She talk a lot. And that's always make her in the trouble. When i saw this kind of "new aesthetic" that she do, it's like any Korean/Japan youtuber.
@@sea8501 She credits it as a Korean style in the description, tho. She's not passing it off as her own? And just bc she talks a lot in past videos - and then posted saying she wasn't always comfortable with it - doesn't mean she has to forever. Ppl are allowed to grow beyond their older selves.
I know I already wrote a comment, but I was really reflecting and I realized that your uploads always make me want to live a more peaceful, calm, and organized lifestyle. Whenever I'm stressing or sad or angry, if you upload it grounds me. I really appreciate that. Thanks again.

i feel it. i mean if you can aesthetic-ize(?) aspects of your life to make things more enjoyable and calming - why not? Especially if its something you don't ordinarily like to do; work, study, &c.
People often say the same thing about Ghibli films. They definitely have a similar vibe.
