@@L.Spencer Hi there! Yes, in Son Jarocho there are actually two versions of this son, there is one where they change the chords in the down beat of a 6/8 measure, and the traditional version where we change the chords in the second beat of a 6/8 measure. That’s the main structural difference.

So I have an idea of what you're saying, but I can't really comprehend it. Las formas tradicionales de la musica es que hay una estructura que se improvisa, si no ya se hubieran desechado, o el Son jarocho ya se hubiera extinguido, de la forma tradicional que es muy conocida es modificada por la influencia musical de cada músico, y al escuchar este tipo de improvizaciones, motiva, le dan el sentimiento y el caracter propio de profesionales, que ni en una vida se podrá replicar como jaranero jovista.
