I never notice, but Kaela doing this extreme grindings, collecting materials, making weapons/tools/armors and enchanting them, is what any Blacksmith will do. It is almost like "Give me your equipment traveller here you go, stronger and most shiny than ever." Also love the silent laugh animation, you perfectly capture it.

How to smith a sword:
- forge the sword
- heat treat the sword with a freaking laser beam
- quench the sword
- grind / polish it
Seems just right.
Was just about to comment on the grinding after the quenching. Also the heat treating with the guard and handle already put on.
