Personally I think the JP was acting with a script and wasn't saying what they were thinking, the same applied to En version too cos there are some lines and jokes that appeared the same in both versions. That's why the JP versions are so in-character because they were acting with a script written before.
Haven't seen the CN and KR version so can't say anything about them.
They stopped making unscripted livestream because of what happened before so now they're doubling down with scripted streams.
