[Payday 2] Hoxton Revenge Stealth - Hydra Mutator (Info in Desc.)

Spoilers: it's disappointing.
However, the game was patched to Hotfix 118.2 after the making of this video. (Thus, this is outdated gameplay)
For some reason, dominating cops is near impossible in stealth now, I'm not sure if it's Hydra or if it's in the update that brought Mayhem and One Down. Thus, my only viable way of getting to Hector was to pacifist the whole way... which I'll admit I was quite shit at, even on Normal.
EDIT: Clarified in the comments - you can't dominate guards at full health, but there's a 90% chance if they have less than full health.
The thing is, Hector really isn't rigged for Hydra at all. Killing him in loud yields the same result as shown in the video. You'd be better off playing Hotline Miami day 2.
The voice you hear in the video is my friend GreenInfinity whom I was in call with.
(And who're the people disliking the video? It was made for science! ...eh? I don't really mind, I'm just curious where they came from. Maybe it's the magical bots that some of the redditors speak of.)

Impossible at full health, 90% chance at non-full, it's binary now, nothing else than that matters. It used to work, because them not having weapon out counted for domination purposes. It was added "in the update that brought Mayhem and One Down", presumably to ease up on some AI calculations. Or they were totally fuckin stupid and it sounded like a good idea, wouldn't be the first time (*cough*Crimefest 2015*cough*).
Ahh. Thanks for clarifying! Shouldn't have brought a White Streak, then.
