Good Samaritan Society medication aide Janisea Shields spreads joy and knowledge at her center in Nebraska.
A caregiver for eight years, Janisea makes an effort to learn every role at the center and is now in charge of training new hires.
Currently studying to be a nurse, Janisea is following in the footsteps of her grandma Barbara who also served in health care.
