I love these hidden gems of the internet that bring us joy that we come across and view in bliss. They make our minute, day, or even years just a little bit brighter. Just wonderful what the internet can bring to us.
It's great that you're bringing his work to the attention of more people. I think Around or Paprika is my favourite but I've yet to see all his work. I'll probably have to rewatch Calm one of these days too
Glad I finally came around to watch this vid. I love seeing less conventional materials being used for animation, and paint animation like this and Miyo Sato's is some of the most expressive and impressive. Are there any atypical animators you enjoy/plan on talking about?
I think I've came across that NHK program "Anime Supernova" and it's just a trip to discover niche yet great names like him. Gotta tune in more if I have the chance. These styles are so fun to have when they sneak into TV/Movie productions like the paint-on-glass in Mob Psycho. Then again not every shows have the malleability to do so but man I wish they hook up more of these people in.
I feel like describing images that can speak without speaking gives people like me (dunce) a way to experience the images for what they're. Instead of being confused or be put off by it just because I can't understand it. Thanks for being the gateway for😁 P.S Thanks for the the video and the wallpapers 👍
After seeing your wb comic on twt, would you ever think of doing a project/short of your own with your own composed music? It would be cool to see what you're capable of. Also your laugh at the end is so sweet😭 that is all
Making an animated short of some sort has been one of the things I've wanted to do for as long as I can remember, so definitely in the books. Wanted to ease myself into making some original stories through something a little less ambitious with my comic.
pretty painting man
