सर जी आपने बिल्कुल सत्य बात की हैं मैने exam fill किया last date की night के अगले दिन fill भी हो गया (😕) but मुझे last date को ही जानकारी मिली थी मुझे लगा कि इसी exam based पे job देंगे तोमैने पैसे उधार लेके फॉर्म fill करवाया | but जब मैंने जानकारी ली कि exam qualified करने के बाद और क्या प्रोसेस होगी तो OST देख कर ही मैने डिसाइड कर लिया इसमें exam देने न देने से कोई मतलब नहीं रह जाता | यह students के साथ बहुत बड़ा scam कर रहे हैं सर 😢

I am teacher in army school.... My salary is around 50k (including d.a.+H.R.A.) .... I am not from army background... They always look for a suitable candidate... There are some steps you have to qualify all steps then only you will be selected. 1. Ost score card 2. Teaching demo 3. Computer test ( excel + ppt) 4 . Interview Note - candidate should have proper knowledge of his/her subject + he should be fluent in English If u meet all above criteria... Then they will take u.
Pura fazi hai ye pahle exam karayenge uska Paisa lagta hai phir score card de denge, uske baad alag alag awes school me apply karayenge uska alag se 100 rupees ka DD mangte hain, Maine bhi bahut pahle apply Kiya tha😂
I have had cleared this exam...gave interview...got selected from a non-army background...worked in APS for a year...resigned due to some personal reasons... salary was 45k...now again going to appear for this exam...😭😂 why do not i have any negative view for this form / job/ salary/ work place ?! This place was good and comparatively better then any other schools if you want to teach for your financial conditions until you get some best options like KVS/NVS. Please visit any other school in your locality and see how teachers are getting tortured in the name of work with minimal leaves and long long working hours. 😢 However, some facts like prioritising an army spouse is true...but they are generally given PRTs and they are also very less in number.

The SCAM is explained here: Most of the teachers working in these schools are on contract basis. When their contract ends, the vacancy are generated. The schools advertise the same. Those teachers whose contract came to an end, also apply for the same post. They undergo interview and the process. Now the thing is in 99% cases all those teachers are re-hired i.e., their contracts are renewed. Because they were already affiliated with the schools and have gained appropriate experience, it plays out in their favour.So it gives extremely low chances to the new candidates for the appointment with the institution. Instead of publishing vacancies, the schools must consider the contract renewal first. Only vacancies left unfulfilled this way, be advertised. And the truth is : they always prioritise the army spouses and wards... for the leftover vacancies.
Preference is also given to the people who have worked at another Army school on a contract basis and to those who have studied in an army school. Not only that, even after all this if you get hired, your contract will last for 3 years. After 3 years they can easily remove you from the post. There is no job security.

Sir, awes exam is scam to collect rs. 380, nothing else, they will select only army person wife or army person only. This is a scam. When they release the vacancies in 134 school across India, they will hire only their own people. 250 is the DD fee for applying for the job. But they will hire only the candidates they decide. So it's a waste of energy and waste of money. Don't even apply, this time in application itself there is a question whether you are related to army person yes or no. As you said you won't get job.
This is just a qualification exam like CTET. It doesn't guarantee a job in Army schools. The selection depends on the interview and the vacancy in the school. These jobs are mainly given to the army spouses or family members. Because of husband's displacement It is like a welfare measure for the families of army. It's better civil people don't waste thier time on this. Similar are jobs in airforce school and navy children's school. It is mainly for thier families and second priority is to civilians.

They will give preference only to army person/army wives, related to army people only.
