Its ok but what about pillow, even that should be comfortable are they providing pillows .you are providing warranty its good but where we had to go to ask or to demand our warranty which address,and most of the products which are giving the warranty on online they are not stamping, what we hadto do.

Is the thickness of the mattress standard or can that be custom made too? Ideally, I prefer 4" thickness but even if it is 6" thick, that's fine too as long as it is comfortable.
