Sir , sometimes we do commit mistakes in ans. writing like spelling ones, or incorrect phrasing of sentence ,in that case I usually cut it with single line ......is that the correct way or should I cut it so that it is not visible or should I write 'cancel' even for error of single sentence ??
No just cut it with single line... but excess of anything is bad... limit your mistakes.

Yes you can write... but it should be limited... you can write meaning in english in bracket

You can use standard short terms like GDP, Etc, UNSC ...
You can write quotes in different language..but if should write its meaning in bracket
