Has nobody observed throughout the video that he never swallows the food? You can see it clearly after chewing the food, the video is cut for a brief second to hide this. It is practically evident that he does not swallow the food at all. No wonder. People can even eat 1000 momos or even 100000 momos if all you need to do is chew and spit it out and edit the video at the end. Haha
