I tried that balance on one leg a couple times before I set out on my pack hike. I’ll be dammed if I didn’t feel just a little more balanced. It might be just in my head. I’m curious if they talked much about diet. I’m 35 days into zero sugar, zero carb way of eating(except for those two pieces of lemon marange pie.) This program might be just the addition I need. As an advanced these are horrible workouts, but for newbies this is not bad, anything is better than nothing
