These are great experiments - I got dissolutioned with the Newman motor because could not get near OU but did enjoy trying! There is a guy in Philadelphia that has several and his largest has 5000 lbs of wire on it! I saw it in person - looked like a hot tub. I measured the efficiency (rather crudely) but it calculated around 60% efficiency - much like these small models.
Thank you ! Wow that’s crazy I would have thought it would be better! One thing I know is it takes a lot of time to make things work right My outboard motor does 65 % with no load I don’t know anyone that can test my machines I do know more wire more output is definitely true
Nice build. Thanks for sharing. May not be over-unity but I'm very sure if you quantify all the energy coming back, mechanical and electrical, in terms of what it is drawing, it will surely be close to unity or over-unity.
Is it ok to say that the large motor pulled 30 watts at 49 volts .6 amps? Any design specs that we should know about? This motor seems so much better than other demos that I have watched.
Is there Somewhere I can follow instructions to build something like this? I'm getting into electronics and Really interested the Newman motor after being a software dev for a decades.
That’s for the comment I built this one by internet research I have a big one on my outboard video I’m starting a Patreon site soon there will be a lot of info on there
I like how clean you setup is. It makes it so much easier to understand. Thank you.
@@nathanbunten4299 thank you !
the laughter at 3:13 - priceless😅. I do that when my components burn as well😅

Looks cool

Thank you for the comment!
Yes that’s correct 👍
Second motor used 13 watts so about 43% usable energy output pulse mechanical
Hi. Can you tell me if your coils are coreless or not.? and are you using four magnets or just two. many thanks for your time. great channel.
Thanks for the comment!
Yes coils are core-less
There are 2 neo magnets put together to make one large N S
