@@TheoryofAbrogation I have followed ur lecture very nicely..from rule 1-5 and 7 I have no problem..rule 6 I didn't properly understand from bare act so I thot of clearing it from u..although u didn't say much on dat..still one thing is clear dat both rule 6 and 7 talks abt cases where certain persons are made defendants although no right to any relief is alleged against dem...I wish if u could focus on the word "severally" used in rule 6.. nevertheless ur lectures are very helpful..thank u for keeping my request

Sir my question is that to you , I have seen many cases where sometimes it is like ; "Swapnil Tripathi v Supreme court of India " where as some times it is also stated as "Joseph shine v Union of India"
Why is it so? Is there any difference by quoting these two statements ?
I also want to know the provisions related to this, why they frame sometimes Union of India and Supreme court of India.
And more thing to ask sir please tell me the mechanism our constitution follow to make a person party and also on the other hand making a state as a party and sometimes person on one side and another person on the other side also. Why is it so .... please resolve query I will be very thankful to you.
