She committed adultery in the first month. 30 years later my divorce is 6 weeks from being final. Frankly.. it was a shit show but I fought the good fight for as long as I could. Nothing about it honoured God and I'd had enough. Having cried out in a Godless marriage, despite my best efforts, for a Godly proverbs 31 wife it looks like He finally found me one.

I asked for someone to come into my life. I asked for this intention for a whole year. When nothing happened, I stopped praying. I thought it wasn't God's will. If you like someone and the person likes you and both are ready for a relationship, then get together. Scripture has no reference to "the one." It says a "suitable partner."

i feel a deep connection to a person and she is feeling it too. we are both christian and search for someone with the right values. the only problem is i want more and she dont (its because my current life situation) and although its a up and down (and i even tried to break the contact) our paths naturally cross eachother again and again. many more things happened which cant be "just coincidences". also i uave ti say that we never met before (which will change soon) my question is, should i keep trying it? even my priest told me to work on my situation and fight for her. also it doesnt feel like im fighting a hopeless fight but it feels like a story which misses some more chapters which have ti be written. and god is the author. im just confused because i know some which tell me i should forget her
