To me, if he had help excavating the foundation or not, used his own design or not, these are all moot points. The point of the video is to show the skill of the builder and what can be done if you have the time and the resources. Well done!

Very good but I didn't think bushcraft included 100 lb of nails and a precision circular saw to cot the wood for the fire surround square on four sides. With a chimney that wide with no cover? Hope it doesn't rain otherwise that shelter will become a covered swimming pool.
Definitely not bushcraft but good entertainment though.

С каждым вашем проектом дома получаются всё лучше и лучше. Только иногда вы вобще окна не делаете. Иногда можно окна сделать и на крыше и на солнечной стороны большие. Вы такой вид закрываете стенами. Или ходябы дверь можно сделать окном во всю длину тоже будет не плохо.

You guys all know that they have like a whole crew building these shelters! Lol just think about all the work that goes into cutting down a tree then chopping it up into lengths that you then still putting it all together

Yes, except of it also incredibly impractical. Rains will flood this hut sooner rather than later. Also wooden wrapping around the stove is the best way to burn yourself alive in night. Or die from CO gas. And the roof was not hardened. The clue will eventually melt down.

Seriously why are these shelters always dug into the ground. Like it's not going to flood out next rain.
It is to show you what they can do. It will not be their home. And yes eventually it will rot. I have seen some very interesting builds. And I don't think they build far from their real homes, I have seen villages in the very background before. They all fo interesting work.

That soil you're digging in looks very granular, so are baffled how your entrance stairs don't collapse.

This is a beautiful concept but there's no way that he did that by himself in 7 days
He probably has a team that does stuff between cuts. For the most part, though, this one actually looks pretty real

This place looks like it'd turn into a big muddy mess after the first rain with all that unfired clay and mud that's on the outside. No provision for drainage, either, so I'm guessing it'll collect a lot of water with the way it's built into the ground. Looks pretty neat, though!

same here the clay on the roof want last long... but i think he knows that but why build and show other of something that not sustainable but making it seen like its sustainable we already know this is going to lick inside and the rain is going to wash away the soft clay
