A-56\s incident report:
"At approximately 9:59 PM, I, Trooper (Trp.) Chase Landry, was driving south on Interstate 67, merging onto Interstate 40
westbound. I noticed a white Mercury with license plate AR 087YGJ in the #2 traffic lane on Interstate 67, failing to maintain its
lane. I followed the vehicle onto Interstate 40 West and then onto Interstate 30 West. Throughout this time, the vehicle
continued to show poor lane control.
Near mile marker 142 on Interstate 30 West, I initiated a traffic stop by turning on my emergency lights. However, the vehicle
did not stop and threw a black bag out of the passenger side window at near mile marker 141. The vehicle continued on
Interstate West reaching approximately 63mph in a posted 50mph construction zone. The vehicle proceeded past the 6th
Street exit onto Interstate 630 West and I initiated my siren. The vehicle proceeded through the construction zone on Interstate
630 West reaching speeds of approximately 63mph. The vehicle passed several opportunities to stop including the Main and
Broadway Street exits. I then moved my unit into position and conducted a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) near mile marker
2.
I conducted a felony takedown of the driver and sole occupant, Marcus Fuller, and he was taken into custody.
Trp. Alex Bratton then arrived on scene to assist. Trooper Bratton and I conducted an inventory of the vehicle and Trooper
Bratton completed a vehicle tow sheet. The vehicle was towed and stored by Action Wrecker.
Trooper First Class (TFC) Shane Caviness responded to the area on Interstate 30 West where Fuller discarded the black bag.
The bag contained Fuller’s driver’s license and the following items:
A Taurus Model G3C 9mm S/N: ACH211315 with one 9mm round in the chamber including an additional forty one 9mm rounds with a 10-round magazine and an extended magazine (all labeled E-1)
Approximately 17 grams of suspected MDMA pills (E-2)
Approximately 14.1 grams of suspected marijuana (E-3)
Approximately 54.5 grams of suspected THC (E-4)
A digital scale, a grinder, a marijuana pipe, and a vape pen (all labeled E-5)
I transported Fuller to UAMS Hospital where he was evaluated and cleared by medical personnel. Fuller was transported to the
Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and charged with the following:
Felony Fleeing,
Careless and Prohibited driving,
Possession of a Schedule I with Purpose to Deliver
Possession of a Schedule VI with Purpose to Deliver
Possession of a Schedule VI
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Guns
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
Tampering with Physical Evidence
Possession of a Firearms by Certain Persons
All evidence was submitted to the Troop A evidence custodian. The firearm and suspected narcotics will be submitted to the
State Crime Lab for analysis."
Haha, funny how he discarded a bag with a firearm and narcotics, but he also had his driver's license in it so that there still isn't any doubt that the items are indeed his 😄
Always keep your ID with your drugs and guns so if anyone finds them they can return them to you. 😂

Here in Arkansas. We don't have a shortage of them. U can tell by all the Trooper videos on u tube!! Should be a law. U run it should be 3 yrs in prison. And 3 yrs each time u run. Mite, stop some of the soon to be felons. Judges hold the felons accountable. For their actions.

Depending on the size of the rims. Of course the bigger the rims, the higher the price. I remember a price for 24 inch rims and the tires would range from $2,500 to close to $5,000.
