I just don't understand how people downplay Hancock so much when her df literally affects any and everything. Her df is the only one shown to have affected sea prism stone ;the very essence of the sea itself to nullify df users and her df is permanent dmg. All her moves are just straight up one shots and leave no chance of you surviving the attacks as she's fast, agile, flexible, a master combatant, has super human abilities, a master at all 3 types of haki (2 confirmed advanced as her sisters have adv haki). People downplay her cuz they think you need to be emotionally attached for her powers to work and that's FAR from the truth!

Not including unknown variables like Imu, Rocks, Joy Boy, and most of the redhair pirates as we have nothing on them, and it would not be correct to judge them. I will also rank these characters on how strong they are on Feb 6, 2024. I don't doubt characters like Luffy and BB will go up, as well as characters like Akainu and Shanks and Mihawk will rise up as well but as for the time being they have ZERO feats and they will treated accordingly(Be lucky I don't include the Anti Feats some of these characters have as I'm giving then THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT) 1. Roger 2. Garp 3. Whitebeard 4. Kaido These are the best in verses. All have incredible statements and feats, with Kaido having the best feats seen in the series thus far. Top 2-4 are honestly interchangeable, and you could argue as to why one is stronger than the other. Now, the reminder these are all EXTREME DIFF battles. No one here is slamming the other actual. No one in the top 10 are Mid diffing one another there all High diffs battles. But I have Garp ahead of WB because he was made to be THE RIVIAL to Roger, and that just gives him more cred than Pops. And WB and Garp above Kaido once again this is a tooth and nail battle it will extremely close and while Kaido has the best feats by far they more then likely slighty out class him. And Roger out classes all of them one of the biggest reasons I don't have him interchangeable like the rest was because a sick Roger clashed evenly with a Prime WB and had a stale mate and I don't wanna here WB meat rider saying "Oh but the illness didn't really effect his power" Boy yes it did its literally the thing that was killing him and the whole reasons he turned himself in he was deep into the illness at that point as well and if you still trybto argue that sickness doesn't really affect a characters of that caliber then by your logic [Old Sick WB is a great representation of what a Prime WB would really look like]. But no, what I said in those brackets is stupid, just like you meat riders will say. Any back to the list. 5. Big Mom 6. Rayleigh 7. Sen Goku 8. Shiki Yes, BM is ahead of all of them she has more feats and is a freak of nature on a similar caliber to Kaido. Remember, BM was nerfed during Wano she barely used Adv Hakis. Hell, she used Adv Conqs like twice, and she was dumbed down. The only kid and law won thay fight was 100% because characters like Wb, Bm, and kaido are shown constantly underestimating characters like Luffy, Kidd, and Law which leads to them get hurt or taken out of the picture and two If BM was on solid groud she woulda gotten right back up and COOKED Kidd and Law. She just very conveniently fell through the ocean, then liquid magma, and since she can't swim, that basically finished her. And Rayleigh and Sen Goku ahead here because they were shown to be monster like ther Roger and Garp counter parts while they were exactly on the same level they'd put up a hell of a fight(Also Rayleigh beat Marco with a finger and a Old Man Rayleigh scared BB, While a Old Sen Goku heavily injured BB) While Shiki is a overestimated FRAUD hes still a unit while Garp and Sen Goku both being called to deal with Shiki was 100% just for damage control and not because they were both needed to take him out Shiki still held the respect and had his strength acknowledged by Roger, Garp, Wb so hes definitely a top teir. 9. Shanks 10. Mihawk 11. Luffy 12. BB Yes Shanks and Mihawk are below a prime Rayleigh and Sen Goku and also below Big Mom before you the guaranteed meat riders throw a fit i just wanna say that Shanks and Mihawk are likely to get a power boost putting them above 5-8 place but until that happens they have nothing that puts them above those characters. And Shanks is slightly above Mihawk as while theres more to an opponent then there swordsmanship as factors like Haki, intelligence l, experience, abilities, and physical capabilities play a major part being the best/strongest swordsman is end all be all by that logic Kaido is the strongest in the verse and Don Krieg one shots Roger. Luffy and BB areself explanatory they have grown to Yonko caliber but obviously fall short of there more powerful peers. 13. Akainu 14. Kuzan Before any of you glazers start, im actively glazing at these 2 by putting them ahead of Characters like Beckman and Yamato or Kidd and Law. They have ZERO feats proving other wise if anything, they have anti feats. Akainu best feats are fighting a tired old sick man with stage 5 cancer and losing badly. Or taking out A beaten hungry previously exhausted and imprisoned Ace, he also got out played by a tired and exhausted Jimbei only to land an attack that didn't even fully take him out. And Kuzan has trouble with Jozu, who is confirmed weaker than Ace. And the best thing these two did post time skip. Kuzan struggle against a old Garp even with BB crew backings him they only reason he won was because Coby sold hell Garp didn't wanna continue either as soon as Cony got outta there she brushed his hands and basically said "Welp my job is over i don't give a damn whatbyou rascals do Kill me or use me as leverage idk" And Akainu best feat is a scaring BB. Wow, real impressive... NOT im pretty sure a dressrosa Sanji could "scare" BB hes not even scared like everyone says he just had a plan on which he trys to abide by and if something go astray he chooses not to engage it. Don't let this tier list distract you from the fact that Base!Carrot was able to outmaneuver an on-guard Zoro on Zou. She also 1-shot Luffy with an unnamed attack (her bite) alone. I'm not *saying* Freaking!Carrot scales above Zoro & Luffy but it does make you think...

Also, regarding Bonney, she really is in an interesting situation power-wise. I would argue she'll never be within the top ten because of her age/general lack of experience. But we ultimately still don't know how her fruit works. So? Her devil fruit could be the One Piece equivalent to Eri's quirk from MHA. We'll have to wait and see, but it does feel like that's going to become a plot-point in the not-so-distant future.
The gorosei being stronger than Kaido does fundamentally make sanse as if all of them were able to beat Kaido 1v1 then the Yonko system just wouldn't be a thing. The while point of the Yonkos is that there such over powered fighters even with the Marines, Warlords, and WG even fighting one of them is such a loss that its not worth it. There is No way that Big Mom is dead, and she will for sure be relevant once more in the future, most likely during Elbaf. Other than Big Mom's story being directly tied to Elbaf, there are other story beats that are yet to reach their conclusions. Luffy has never directly fought against Big Mom. Zeus is still alive, would he be if Big Mom has died? Pudding is still being held captive by Blackbeard. The Big Mom Pirates got no diffed by a waterfall. We have never seen Smoothie fight. And finally, Carrot still has unfinished business with Perospero, and the two of them are sure to meet again.
@@PlanetZoidstar I have gone through all of Dressrosa again for fun, and I realized something that might happen in Elbaf. Dressrosa focused a lot on Robin and especially Usopp. Who do we expect will get a lot of focus in Elbaf? Robin with Saul and Usopp with the Giants. Usopp unlocked Observation Haki when he sniped Sugar with the help of Viola acting as a Spotter. If we get Carrot in Elbaf as we expect, I could see her acting as a Spotter for Usopp.

You're definitely overrating, Marco. He is top tier defensively, and his regeneration speed makes him elite, but offensively, what feats does he have? He's never taken down a single opponent. In fact, he's never seriously damaged a single opponent. He can stall a fight, and his endurance is cracked, but above Law, Kidd, King, Katakuri, Zoro, and Sanji seems more like an agenda your trying to push because of your bias against these characters, and or your bias for Marco.
We sleep on garp, he is crazy strong, he was the teacher of one of the strongest marines in history, aokiji matched garp strength, and haki, that should also put akainu so much more above like, who in this list can fight a prime like garp with a logia, and not the smoke logia the ice age froze a whole island logia, and akainu having no training from what we know of, spared his life

Luffys crew is not standard and none of the current crews are standard yonko crews. Luffys and shanks crews currently mimic weaker versions of Roger's. Bb and buggy crews have no structure similar at all to yonko. That's a terrible point. The only standard yc crew is beast, bmp, and wbp and that's mainly because we seen then first. You even say later luffy 1 shot a admiral means he can't be admiral level. Post zoro pu in wano he mid diff king and should only be stronger now yet hes still yc1level. Marco is definitely not admiral level and king and queen put him down taking no real damage. Marco is immune to damage until is regen wears off or is negated. Not including unknown variables like Imu, Rocks, Joy Boy, and most of the redhair pirates as we have nothing on them, and it would not be correct to judge them. I will also rank these characters on how strong they are on Feb 6, 2024. I don't doubt characters like Luffy and BB will go up, as well as characters like Akainu and Shanks and Mihawk will rise up as well but as for the time being they have ZERO feats and they will treated accordingly(Be lucky I don't include the Anti Feats some of these characters have as I'm giving then THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT)

These are the best in verses. All have incredible statements and feats, with Kaido having the best feats seen in the series thus far. Top 2-4 are honestly interchangeable, and you could argue as to why one is stronger than the other. Now, the reminder these are all EXTREME DIFF battles. No one here is slamming the other actual. No one in the top 10 are Mid diffing one another there all High diffs battles. But I have Garp ahead of WB because he was made to be THE RIVIAL to Roger, and that just gives him more cred than Pops. And WB and Garp above Kaido once again this is a tooth and nail battle it will extremely close and while Kaido has the best feats by far they more then likely slighty out class him. And Roger out classes all of them one of the biggest reasons I don't have him interchangeable like the rest was because a sick Roger clashed evenly with a Prime WB and had a stale mate and I don't wanna here WB meat rider saying "Oh but the illness didn't really effect his power" Boy yes it did its literally the thing that was killing him and the whole reasons he turned himself in he was deep into the illness at that point as well and if you still trybto argue that sickness doesn't really affect a characters of that caliber then by your logic [Old Sick WB is a great representation of what a Prime WB would really look like]. But no, what I said in those brackets is stupid, just like you meat riders will say.

Yes, BM is ahead of all of them she has more feats and is a freak of nature on a similar caliber to Kaido. Remember, BM was nerfed during Wano she barely used Adv Hakis. Hell, she used Adv Conqs like twice, and she was dumbed down. The only kid and law won thay fight was 100% because characters like Wb, Bm, and kaido are shown constantly underestimating characters like Luffy, Kidd, and Law which leads to them get hurt or taken out of the picture and two If BM was on solid groud she woulda gotten right back up and COOKED Kidd and Law. She just very conveniently fell through the ocean, then liquid magma, and since she can't swim, that basically finished her.
And Rayleigh and Sen Goku ahead here because they were shown to be monster like ther Roger and Garp counter parts while they were exactly on the same level they'd put up a hell of a fight(Also Rayleigh beat Marco with a finger and a Old Man Rayleigh scared BB, While a Old Sen Goku heavily injured BB)
While Shiki is a overestimated FRAUD hes still a unit while Garp and Sen Goku both being called to deal with Shiki was 100% just for damage control and not because they were both needed to take him out Shiki still held the respect and had his strength acknowledged by Roger, Garp, Wb so hes definitely a top teir.

Yes Shanks and Mihawk are below a prime Rayleigh and Sen Goku and also below Big Mom before you the guaranteed meat riders throw a fit i just wanna say that Shanks and Mihawk are likely to get a power boost putting them above 5-8 place but until that happens they have nothing that puts them above those characters. And Shanks is slightly above Mihawk as while theres more to an opponent then there swordsmanship as factors like Haki, intelligence l, experience, abilities, and physical capabilities play a major part being the best/strongest swordsman is end all be all by that logic Kaido is the strongest in the verse and Don Krieg one shots Roger.
Luffy and BB areself explanatory they have grown to Yonko caliber but obviously fall short of there more powerful peers.

Before any of you glazers start, im actively glazing at these 2 by putting them ahead of Characters like Beckman and Yamato or Kidd and Law. They have ZERO feats proving other wise if anything, they have anti feats. Akainu best feats are fighting a tired old sick man with stage 5 cancer and losing badly. Or taking out A beaten hungry previously exhausted and imprisoned Ace, he also got out played by a tired and exhausted Jimbei only to land an attack that didn't even fully take him out.
And Kuzan has trouble with Jozu, who is confirmed weaker than Ace.
And the best thing these two did post time skip. Kuzan struggle against a old Garp even with BB crew backings him they only reason he won was because Coby sold hell Garp didn't wanna continue either as soon as Cony got outta there she brushed his hands and basically said "Welp my job is over i don't give a damn whatbyou rascals do Kill me or use me as leverage idk"
And Akainu best feat is a scaring BB. Wow, real impressive... NOT im pretty sure a dressrosa Sanji could "scare" BB hes not even scared like everyone says he just had a plan on which he trys to abide by and if something go astray he chooses not to engage it.

Oden is top tier. Roger and WB both complented his strength, and he only had grown stronger from his journeys, and while he is heavily overrated, he is still a decently strong opponent
I know i said noe Red Hairs but not Beck Man he has enough feats even pretime skip he held up Kizaru. And he beat a post time skip Kidd and even agter everything he went through throughout wano Kidd still acknowledge Beckman as a threat.
Yamato is up here for obvious reasons. SHES A BEAST, unlike Kizaru, she did get one tapped by a top teir.
And Kizaru is lucky im not bringing him down he got one tapped TWICE by the same character. Not only was he trying, but he got a second chance, so there was no excuse but still got One tapped.

Then Kidd was tossed in the ocean. If Law was got off and attacked by a full power, Shanks hed be instantly dead as he does not have the durability of Kidd. As Kidd is most likely still alive.

Yes, Katakuri is low down here. He's a victim of the might power creep. We know Luffy made leaps and bounds as after, even after Ryo traning Luffy in G4, said he would struggle against Queen, and that was before Queen revealed his Super Robot form. While Katakuri is underated hes also overestimated he did man handle Luffy that entire only losing because of the mental he was having going on in his head but he still struggled against a G4 Luffy and even more so with G4 snake man I have him beating Marco and Queen but just barely I might subconsciously might be glazing here by even saying that.

The gorosei being stronger than Kaido does fundamentally make sanse as if all of them were able to beat Kaido 1v1 then the Yonko system just wouldn't be a thing. The while point of the Yonkos is that there such over powered fighters even with the Marines, Warlords, and WG even fighting one of them is such a loss that its not worth it. Dressrosa focused a lot on Robin and especially Usopp. Who do we expect will get a lot of focus in Elbaf? Robin with Saul and Usopp with the Giants.
Usopp unlocked Observation Haki when he sniped Sugar with the help of Viola acting as a Spotter.
If we get Carrot in Elbaf as we expect, I could see her acting as a Spotter for Usopp.

You're definitely overrating, Marco. He is top tier defensively, and his regeneration speed makes him elite, but offensively, what feats does he have? He's never taken down a single opponent. In fact, he's never seriously damaged a single opponent. He can stall a fight, and his endurance is cracked, but above Law, Kidd, King, Katakuri, Zoro, and Sanji seems more like an agenda your trying to push because of your bias against these characters, and or your bias for Marco.
We sleep on garp, he is crazy strong, he was the teacher of one of the strongest marines in history, aokiji matched garp strength, and haki, that should also put akainu so much more above like, who in this list can fight a prime like garp with a logia, and not the smoke logia the ice age froze a whole island logia, and akainu having no training from what we know of, spared his life

Luffys crew is not standard and none of the current crews are standard yonko crews. Luffys and shanks crews currently mimic weaker versions of Roger's. Bb and buggy crews have no structure similar at all to yonko. That's a terrible point. The only standard yc crew is beast, bmp, and wbp and that's mainly because we seen then first. You even say later luffy 1 shot a admiral means he can't be admiral level. Post zoro pu in wano he mid diff king and should only be stronger now yet hes still yc1level.
Marco is definitely not admiral level and king and queen put him down taking no real damage. Marco is immune to damage until is regen wears off or is negated. He can stall anyone just like he managed to do to bm off screen. He isn't that strong he just has the best defense in op and is hard to put down.
Imo the top 30 I you include bm and kaido but excluding gorosei till we see more and seraphim.
