      I disagree. Been listening to him for years. He brings a great perspective even if it's a bit stubborn. I think he has been a little chippy at Zander recently though. Where it could turn into a good conversation when Zander brings up a good point, Mac gets frustrated and talks it down

    Hey by the way Chris Jones takes the game over that dude is a wrecking machine. By far I think the defensive player of the year. If it wasn't for him Kansas City is not 4-0 I watched a lot of that game and he was in the backfield every play. He was getting triple teen sometimes and he was throwing guys off of him to get to the quarterback The guy is an animal

      John, you keep saying respect the team they could’ve won that damn game without Devante, AJ and Johnson

    • @Ocean5ix
      @Ocean5ix Месяц назад

      No, that was just a team that was collapsing for the last 5 weeks and didn't had their number 1 receiver.
      People are trying to create this "mystic" narrative about the Eagles and the Buccanneers as if they have some kind of influence over them and Hurts. It's just circumstance. If the Eagles played the Buccs at the Raymond James Stadium 10 times in 2022 they would've won 10 times.

    Put Dotson on any other team and they'll use him to his strengths and he'll be productive. Put Hugf on any other team and he's a solid player, again use the players to their strengths. So what's that equate to? Coaching.....

    • @mreyes8519
      @mreyes8519 Месяц назад

      Except Dotson didn’t have success on his previous team, that’s why they offloaded him. Huffs issues are hardly coaching related.. 0 stats in 4 games? That’s not on coaching, he needs to make a damn play

    • @Ocean5ix
      @Ocean5ix Месяц назад

      @@mreyes8519 Dotson had a pretty good rookie season considering his QB and that he was the second target. The Commanders got rid of him after 2 seasons, there just isn't enough data to be sure about what he is.

    Hurts is 0-3 at Raymond James Stadium

    • @Ocean5ix
      @Ocean5ix Месяц назад

      This Buccaneers narrative is overblown. And I'm not a Hurts apologist. First time he lost to the Buccs was in 2021 with a mediocre team and against Tom Brady. Second time the team was already imploding for 5 weeks, everybody expected them to lose. And this season we didn't had our WR 1 and 2.
      As always sports fans and media love to create these "myths" and "streaks" as if they're a pattern when in reality it's just circumsntance. Now they're trying to say Todd Bowles has this influence over the Eagles and Hurts. Bro if the Eagles played the Buccs 10 times in 2022 they would've won 10 times. Buccs got lucky to play against us when we were opperating at our lowest. And it's not their fault, they're doing their jobs by beating the crap out of the Eagles.

  • @catmando1968stevie
    @catmando1968stevie Месяц назад

    I don't know why you guys think that The Eagles are ready and I'm talking before Tampa Bay they are ready for a super bowl run they're not I've been saying it since the end of last season they're not going to be ready next year meaning this year they're not listen to Big sills he said it and I'll say it they need to get their heads back on and to come together before they're ready to make a super bowl run next year is that year where they can do that. Sills has been saying it I don't know why you don't listen to him. Oh and I do agree with the guy saying that Johnny Mac talks down to us. And when that guy says that he's not asking for opinions he's telling you how he feels That's how I feel. And please don't tell me how to feel That's absurd like John says. But please don't think I don't like John I do I love some of the stuff that he gives us I don't like how he talks down to us though Big sills does it too but that doesn't mean I don't like him I'm just saying they do that.

  • @mreyes8519
    @mreyes8519 Месяц назад +1

    How do you get the run game going when the other team knows your top receivers are out of the game? The offense didn’t play that great, but the defense fucking choked, and we were in a 24 hole early. Offensive scheme and running the ball doesn’t fix that.

    Hey Johnny Xander I'm going to say one thing about this whole Eagles game and about Jalen do you know that Patrick mahomes right now is probably having You worst start of his career. The only problem is Kansas City is 4-0 that record is an outlier because they're not playing like a 4-0 team especially Patrick. Even the best in the business have bad times He's having a bad time right now he is what you guys like to call elite amongst everyone else He's like a man playing with a bunch of boys but not right now he'll get it together and I think jalen will too. He's playing reckless football He's got to get his head back into it It's week 4 I keep saying this is not our year It's not but he will be okay stop putting him down as an elite quarterback he's not He's a good quarterback that needs all his pieces That's what he is but he is good enough to win a super bowl

    But Lurie and Howie were responsible for the Superbowl. Are y'all under the impression that it was Doug? Lmao
    Andy Reid is a great coach but he's a Patrick Mahomes away from having less Superbowls than Mike McCarthy. Let that sink in. The media is always overrating either players OR coaches without realizing both need each other to the core. It's easy to be an all time great coach if you have the only guy that has a shot at being better than Tom Brady. Cool, now do it all over again with Zach Wilson, let's see how that goes.

      Most coaches are carried by either legendary QBs or brought down by terrible QBs. Very few are actually good or bad by themselves.
      It's very hard to fail if you have Patrick Mahomes or Brady and it's very hard to succeed if you have Zach Wilson. I'm not saying these are good or bad coaches but put Reid or Belichick coaching Zach Wilson and Brian Daboll coaching Mahomes or Brady. That would be a fun experiment.
