Where does Mythical Panetti's replicating wand drop? Ive got a lvl 100 mage hunter which I want to spec for Panetti and freeze but I am struggling to find the wand. Please help

Nice build SinnfullDuck. A few things to note: - If you can, replace the relic with Ignaffars Combustion. Pretty much BiS ( www.grimtools.com/db/items/8227 ) - Be careful with the gloves. Conversion can only happen once! Since you are already converting cold and aether to fire, that will not then be converted to lightning. Issues are known to arise when using items with differing conversions for a single damage type. May be best to test damage without gloves and see if it has any effect. They are hard to pass up considering the stats on them. - The Myth Arcanum Sigillis (the gun you mention: www.grimtools.com/db/items/9379 ) adding a further 18% weapon damage is strong. Reason being is that more weapon damage = more flat elemental damage applied to Panetti's through other items and/or devotions. Multiplied by %elemental damage = more damage output! Note the stats lost changing the scepter to the gun can be made up elsewhere. For example, this medal may be beneficial ( www.grimtools.com/db/items/8948 ) over your current choice. The "Voracious One" is aimed more at Tactician builds. - If your interested in testing also, there exists a rare medal which converts all elemental to aether damage on Panetti's Missile + adds another 15% weapon damage to the skill ( www.grimtools.com/db/items/11363 ). - Note also, the 18% weapon damage, although great, does not mean that all life steal (other than that directly applied to Panetti's by the head piece) granted by an item or devotion can be used. To explain, the devotion Ghoul gives 4% life steal. Using the 18% weapon damage on Panetti's (thanks to the head piece) this is then 0.18x4 = 0.72% life steal. So this would be additional to the 6% the head piece is granting you. If Panetti's had 100% weapon damage on the skill, then the full 4% life steal would apply. The proc on Ghoul would also only give you 0.18x85 = 15.3% life steal. Note this example also applies to the flat fire & lightning damage that the gloves and relic are granting you also (and the devotions). The full benefit only applies when you have 100% or more weapon damage. Some people don't know this so just though i'd mention. - Note Behemoth (Giants Blood) is a wasted devotion considering the life steal granted to Panetti's through the head piece. Considering the damage you take on ultimate, especially against Nemesis and Super bosses such as the Ravagers, it's absolutely pointless. If you require any clarification on the above, let me know. Other than the above, a nice build you have.
Great video! But it would be nice to have an overview of skill point distribution during leveling process for those of us who have never leveled an Arcanist before. Best to pursue maxing Panetti's first? When do we start putting points into Inquisitor? Even a cursory high-level overview would be great. BTW do you stream on Twitch?
David Allen I don't include leveling guides for the builds because 99% of the time I level with something different. As an arcanist you don't want to level with panetti's. For this class I'd say level by maxing flash freeze and/or storm box. I plan to do a general leveling video soon. As for streaming, yes I stream on twitch. I'll add a link in the description asap.

I really like these kinds of builds but sadly most of them require sets to work properly. While doing SFSP it can be a bit ridiculous to try and get these sets.
This looks great, but what if you don't have al those legendaries. I mean I have 1 part of the invoker set and the shoulderpiece, that's it. I usually finish my builds with like 80% green stuff. Is this build viable that way?
So I'll answer this in two parts. First, if you do this build without these items then it's kind of a different build. The devotions, skill points, components and augments are all designed around the gear. Now with that said the second part of the answer would be... Yes, you can certainly do a Panetti's build with green items. There are a lot of green items that work really well for the skill but it would require you to change just about everything shown in this video. It's a really fun build and I'm sure with some time you can get the items you need. If not, the greens are a great way to go as well but I dont have a build for those yet.
Just run steps of torment. I average 3 mythical legs per run with a bonus chance for something good if Moosi spawns. Alkamos is not that dangerous you can facetank him with the usual random blue green assortment I have going before level 94. 2 days farming him and you will have all the mythical legendaries for any build you desire. The only problem is getting the keys
Why not remove 1 or 2 Points from arcanist mastery to olexras flash freeze and maybe arcane will? 1 point wont hurt I guess and not having olexras as a caster feels bad man ^^
Thiago Pinheiro All sets except a couple are all random drops. Just gotta find an area with good hero density and get to work... or just play crucible if you want the easy way out.
How do you get a full set? I mean, where do you store all the gear? There is so much stuff to collect...esp those items that give a + to a whole class! Then you have sets, MIs, uniques....where does it all go?! Also, is this build dependent on the set?
Way past time to comment on this, but you have multiple % resist reductions, so probably wouldn't have went with aura of censure. Not sure you need all that health regen considering your life steal.

A few things to note:

if you convert cold to fire, does it mean you can boost the damage using both cold and fire damage stats or only fire stats? thanks
Both, your cold damage gets converted to fire and your fire damage is just fire damage.

I'm sorry, but I must be missing something...how does PRM have % weapon damage to take advantage of flat damage bonuses? It doesn't in the GD I play.
Big Johnson Yes you missed something, the section about the gear. The helmet adds weapon damage.

Darin Lev Salgado No HC for me. This game has some issues with 1shot mechanics and I work too hard to loose a character over something silly.
