Nice Chinese treat. The Cantonese Lotus stem initially looked like a Chinese jalebi kind of. Crystal dumplings are so cute . Noodles making skills are really fantastic. Overall a nice experience.
next time get more veggies n proteins with your noodles, you will feel lighter n fuller..you could start with half n half and increase vegies n proteins till you get to 25% noodles n 75%..

Loved their way of getting things done with an open kitchen and that bar, oh boy, you definitely don't need a reason to have a drink. Great vlog as usual.
