Not sure about the red tubing but the plastics in the computer parts and clear tube can be degraded by the glycol in the antifreeze. Since your spindle temps aren’t engine temps you can use distilled water and put a piece of silver in the reservoir as an anti microbial or add a liquid one so you don’t get growth in your loop.
A rule in the PC watercooling is to never mix different color metals (e.g. aluminum radiator + copper waterblock). Not saying that you did but it's something to be aware of. So what you do is to keep the metal colors same (copper waterblock and copper radiator or aluminum radiator aluminum waterblock). I don't know what the spindle internals are made of so just to be safe match the radiator to it, you will save yourself some headaches down the line due to the galvanic corrosion occuring in the loop.
would as 50/50 motor antifreeze work as well? would it need to diluted. The properties of, from my research, or coolant antifreeze for motors is different from the antifreeze of marine/rv pink antifreeze (pure antifreeze).
I'm sure I'm missing something but this setup might work better if there were nothing like a honking big piece of plywood directly behind the radiator. Bit hard to radiate heat with that blocking most air flow through the radiator.

Nice work! I am using a similair radiator, but no fans. Thought I would try out passive cooling at first. It haas been working just fine. But it is not so hot were I live. :)

Blue and green should never be seen, unless with some sulphurated copper pipe in between 😉👍

They are all PC component's so all would be 12v, you can see it all wired together into a single terminal block.
