I'm 1963 born but still find this movie so fascinating, gluing and superb. I still watch very often and always find it so fresh and connected with the masses. No parallel to Kakaji, Sharmila ji. I feel fortunate to born in that charming era of Kakaji and those legends like SD Burman, RD,Anand Bakshi , Kishore da. Feel lucky to witness that nostalgia of that era.

बहोत बहोत सुंदर फिल्म इमोशनल स्टोरी बनायी थी । शर्मिला टागोर और राजेश खन्ना जी दोनोने लाजवाब अभिनय किया है । एस.डी. बर्मन दा का संगीत और सभी गाने अच्छे है । मुझे 'बडा नटखट है ये किशन कन्हैय्या का करे यशोदा मैय्या' ये गीत ज्यादा पसंद आया । पुरानी हिंदी फिल्मे देखने मे अलग मजा आता है और अतीत की यादे आत्मा को झंझोडती है । आप जरूर देखिए इस फिल्म को ।

Amar Prem, with its dramatic & unbelievable story is like daal, roti, sabji and chaaval. It may not be fascinating, sweet or spicy. But it is emotionally highly nutritious and balanced. We come out with full satisfaction of having seen a masterpiece of Bollywood. The philosophical strength which I got from Amar Prem is in tact, even after 5 decades. Hats off to everyone related to this movie, especially Bobby, the child artist who played role of Nandu.

It is definitely a 'Amar Prem', no doubt. I've no words to describe how n what I feel whenever I watch this movie. That era is gone when we used to feel the human emotions n experience the intricacies of human relationships while watching a movie. Music of this movie is so beautiful that I have no words to describe. Rajesh Khanna looks dapper in a black suite while Sharmila Tagore looks resplendent in a blue sari in that boat song 👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍
