lol you must know Liberia because there’s one accent different variantions

There is “koloqua” our colloquial dialect and then there is standard Liberian English spoken professionally. However, Liberians do not speak like the British. So the commenter is right. I hope to see the actors embrace our unique accent more instead of a Nigerian/Ghanian style accent. Nevertheless they are doing a good job.

We had two Sierra Leonean actresses, the girls with Fatu, in the movie. That's why you heard the British accent, but all the Liberians either spoke standard English or Koloqua.
