I knew there were 2 differently arranged versions, this is an alternate one but I always thought what you were referring to was the main version so what you mentioned about J's part in that version is the first verse and Ritchie singing the parts from the original song are served as each chorus

Queen appears on this version as well, but only Five sings, according to the "We Will Rock You" page on wikipedia? If that's the case then Five must have cloned Queen's vocal, cause they sound just like Queen.

Syde65 brian may and roger taylor may have peformed this with them, I honestly like that they teamed up with them cause this was what freddie loved, someone doing something new with their songs....thats why I usually dont get mad at someone who does a new feel to a song just so long as it works (such as here). Now the vocals, Im not too certain if maybe that was just a coincidence or not but they might have put some of Freddie's vocals in the background just to give it more of a queen vibe.
