Edit - could not find Namatame either
I think this how Aika gets her supernatural delivery powers. She gives the shrine fox Katsu in lieu of monetary offerings, it blesses her with the delivery powers.
If you guys wondered why people commented something like "New Game+" thing? Well, this anime only focuses on Yu's bond (Social Link) with Marie and Adachi, as well as highlighting the exclusive features like bike date, Okina City, and Ski Resort. So the total episode is like around 12-ish (unlike the main anime adaptation, which has 25 broadcast episode + 1 direct-to-video episode).
To clarify, on the off chance that somebody stumbled upon this with no prior knowledge of Persona 4: The animation is from the opening of the Persona 4 Golden anime, but the song is from the opening of Persona 4 Golden the video game. Not sure why they were mix-matched.
Technically speaking this is not remake but an expansion to the original series, because you see there are gaps of major events between episodes of the golden series, only a certain number episodes are essentially remake

@@superl8296 Making a fun little adaption of NG+ is harmless and for just a fun little introduction into new themes mechanics and characters. It's pretty smart from a selling point for those who have not gotten into Golden because of its previous exclusiveness. It's also just an expansion of the first anime adaptation so there was no need to redo the whole thing. It's far from lazy at all. This is an OVA a short video animation series for the purpose of introductions, it's not suppose to be seen a full-length anime series.

@@superl8296 I don't think you do since you are still treating this as a separate series adaptation, which it isn't since for one the persona 4 the animation is already a full length series, while golden is an advertisement for the games expansion and supposed to be seen not as it's own anime, but merely an extension of the already existing adaptation. OVA is an advertisement not a complete series. They are used to introduce side stories or small additions to an already existing series, but in noway are they treated as actual stand alone series. And it isn't lazy considering they waste money to make these sometimes do to a demand for more, or an issue when making a full adaptation.
Who else wouldn't mind a slice-of-life featuring these guys? Even without the Personas?
