There is development in Electricity as it is Privatized .. made 5 times more costly than before. Roads - ONLY Patna has acceptable roads -still VERY Narrow and except may be Bailey Road. Most of the Elevated roads/Bridges have been made poorly using half centaury old technique. There is HARDLY any State Highway.... Going to Munger , Begusarai , Bhagalpur etc still takes as much time , it used to take 20-30 years ago. Come to south like KA/TN/Kerala even State Highways are good as NHAI , and no Toll too...

I recalled my experience:
I finished my duty at bar and restaurant and left premises at around 1130 pm. one hawldar with this special xman power detained me that I am goonda who is walking late night and looking out for mischief. he arrested me and put me in his van.
Later than a senior police came and asked me leave van during the stay in van I noticed that hawaldar was drunken and making noise. facepalm.. I left the state forever after that incident.
I left the country... Better choice honestly
