As a bridal MUA, I love seeing AMAZING products for a lesser price. So many people will turn up their noses to some drugstore makeup or think it's bad because it's inexpensive. But in reality different brands get their products from the same manufacturers...it's all about the branding and packaging! It's rare that I'll buy something because of the packaging because I care about performance and wearability.

Yes, many companies use the same factories. Of course so many brands are owned by the major cosmetics companies. In the past, I only bought high end when there was no lower priced dup. Now I don't need to do that with so many quality drugstore products to choose from.

I think if you have skin that’s difficult to match then drugstore is more challenging.

Dupe vids are always great, as are the side-by-side videos. I'd love it if you were to do another and include a wear test. I'd be interested to see how the dupes wear throughout the day compared to the more expensive counterparts.

The glam of buying high end is the "gotcha" marketing uses to entice you into their web. I like owning the power to be able to save money and get the same effect. Why pad their pockets unnecessarily?
If you like hydration and dewy setting spray! I So love the NYX Dewy Finish Fini Satine 16 hour stay! Such a good everyday! For summer!

I have extremely dry skin but I sweat on my face in hot summer weather if I’m running around a lot and I always use the wet n wild translucent powder! That’s the only one I’ve found so far to not super accentuate my dryness

I love these videos with budget friendly dupes! I work with children. Honestly, it is not practical to glam it up daily; and I don't have the budget for that! That being said, I do want to look put together! As a viewer from waaaaay back, you have always been a good resource for me!

TATI! Usually the other end of the liners that you roll up have a built in sharpener -- check if the end of the liner has a tab that you can remove and there is a small sharpener to work with the texture of the liner! Great vid xx

Hi Tati!! I love your dupes and reviews videos, they are very helpful for people like me that don’t live in the USA and have to deal with currency exchange. In my case it makes things 5 times more expensive so, this drugstore products are great for our budget.
You should even make a video of must have drugstore products for international costumers, since we can’t really try or see the things once we get them in to our countries.

The YSL All Hours used to be one of my favorites! I only stopped using it because it's a little more high coverage than I want for everyday...and can't justify that price. If I had a special event or some time of professional photo shoot (as if!), I would get a sample ;)

I was wondering if you could do a Current version of some previous videos I really enjoy to this day of yours: new foundation wear tests, if I could only keep 10 foundations , 10 best eyeshadow palettes, my current makeup routine/ chit chat. Etc. I also love when you were oraganizing your studio and keeping makeup that you couldn't live without.
