You were so confused .Hope uou are clear now whether you should continue your job or leave your job. Children donot have any feelings at this age. Onl y once they start going to school they will slowly slowly understand the presence or absence of their parents. I have been a working mother and my son was raised in baby sitting . I have raised him single handedly without anybody's help. I left my job when he was in 5th STD since he never liked my working. Today my son is in Evanston ,illinois ,USA doing research after MS in one of the top universities of USA. And i donot regret the decision of leaving my govt job to take care of my son. In california facebook head office even my niece is working.
