If you're having a shop do all the installs for you, you're looking at around $16-18k guys. Rod bearings, fuel pump, ignition coils, and radiator and fan. These are the things you must do before installing the supercharger. If you do the installs yourself, you're looking at $13-15k. Of course it all depends on the brands of the parts you get, and the shop you take it to, if you do that. Then once you have the power, you're going to find out real fast that you're going to need upgraded brakes, upgraded bushings, and upgraded suspension. All in to make the E90 M3 a reliable, 650hp car, that is great at track, you're $20k+ into the car. I love the E90 M3, but considering the cost to get it to compete with 4-cyl turbo cars of today, and the insanely bad mpg's it gets, its just not worth buying it if you plan on making it fast. Stock its a great buy, but its not worth it to modify.

He’s cappin bro it depends who you do the work from lol I have a N54 too lol but I’m ded ass thinking about getting a e90 m3 no kap slap all you gotta do is rod bearings and that engine is pretty much bullet proof rod bearings jobs near my area run like 1800 with rod bearings supercharger kit 7k to install it maybe another 1k exhaust 1.7k for valve tronic lol our 335s maybe faster but we can never beat that sound it just sounds so mean
1. That $15k you saved will never let you be remotely close to feeling like an e92 m3. Put $100k into the 335 and it will still handle like shit compared to an M. They’re just not comparable literally at all. Sorry not sorry. 2. It’s a 335 lmao gl with that shit being out of the shop longer than 7 minutes
@@TCON42499 Uhh... I have a single turbo built and put close about 30k into everything. I'm getting F80 M3 next shortly but am keeping the 335 for a full drag car setup. So yes I can afford whatever I like. You can't judge by its book cover :)
