Hey idk if youre gonna respond to this but i want your opinion i am lvl 219 my stats suck i have 140 melee 178 distance and 168 defence what can i do to improve my stats mostly in melee and defence bc i get killed alot

you can't increase defense any faster, but you can ptrain (hit 4 mobs with special attack) repeatedly to increase attacking stats quickly
