Madara's Eternal Mangekyou with his potential, an unrival ninja in war time, a great schemer, is just a little bit stronger than Obito's Mangekyou, who is his pawn. Obito would have gone blind because of his overuse or Mangekyou. He managed to keep his sight because of the Hashirama's cell from Madara allowance.

Kaguya’s rinne sharingan was off the charts. Switching and rewriting dimensions, infinite Tsukiyomi that covers the whole world. She is the most broken hax of the series to date.
By the way, when Mangekyo's get to eternal level, it doesn't increase the power. It just makes your Mangekoyo more enhanced and so you can use it more efficient.
Thats not true, ofc they increase power becase they combain two mangekyou to make one eternal and that mean they combain powers

Itachi can't beat Madara!! Madara has far superior visual prowess! But if we're talking about Mangekyo Sharingan only, Itachi's MS is stronger than Madara's MS! The main function of the Mangekyo is genjutsu and the susanoo! Itachi had Tsukuyomi(which is a pretty OP genjutsu) and the amaterasu! Itachi could also use Susanoo upto the armored level only with the Mangekyo Sharingan! Madara can only use susanoo only upto the Normal Susanoo with his MS! Only when he gained Eternal MS, Madara could use Perfect Susanoo!

Rinnegan isn't an Evolution of sharingan, its Just an ability that you can unlock by mixing the 2 differenti bloods (ashura and indra dinasty).
Rinnegan have some Powers,
(SIX paths for example, like pain, so chibaku tensei, amenotejikara for sasuke, shinra tensei)
Obtainable by: mixing the 2 dinastyes blood, indra and ashura
Sharingan have some Powers,
(For example amaterasu, susanoo if you have all the 2 eyes, kamui, kagutsuchi, kotoamatsukami)
Obtainable by: proveing a shock, escape the die for tomoe version,
Mangekyou version obtainable by: see a friend die, kill Your friend, excetera...
Eternal mangekyou obtainable by getting the eyes of a Brother/parent/sister.
Rinnesharingan have some Powers:
(Dimensional transfer, infinite tsukuyomi)
Obtainable by have for First the Rinnegan and be the 10 tails jinchurichi.
