3D Vision Robotic Guidance Adhesive Application

Bluewrist 3D vision robotic guidance solution helps our customer reduce adhesive waste and application errors while improving application throughput. The adhesive application station uses two wenglor sensoric group MLWL223 weCat3D 3D profile sensors to scan and generate high resolution point clouds of the parts on the tray. The point cloud is streamed in real-time and processed in seconds by ScanXtream and SPCWorks software and the coordinates are passed onto the robotic adhesive dispensing station for accurate bead application.
