I remember doing this for the first time. I was so intimidated by the workout and it was so hard for me to continue. I'm on my 3rd week on the 8-week challenge now, and I'm actually enjoying the workout now. It even feels like a warm up haha! Thank you so much Joanna!
i love this! I ended up completing it at 30 mins instead of a shorter duration. Nevertheless, I am happy that I can do alternating low to high planks already. I wasnt able to do it at all before! Thank you Joanna! Hope you make another challenge this coming 2023! :)
Starting with this 8 weeek workout program ! Guys wish me luck ☺️!! 85kg Day 1 - ✅ sweating 🔥! Knee pushups were hard ! But tried it ☺️💪 Day 2 - ✅ ooh god my arms are burning 🔥! Even though I have not used any dumbbells or water bottles 😂!! Also in the first part I was lying like a seal on the floor but gladly I challenged myself to complete it till the end 🤩!! Loved it 💯 Day 3 - ✅ damnnn it's so hard !! Already sore body from last 2 days workout and today I think I am dead 😂😂!! Anyway completed the workout happy 😊!! Day 4 - ✅ really needed this low impact one after 3 long sore days feeling better today and totally energized back !! Love the warm up and cool down included in the same vedio that's what make Joanna unique in her workouts 😊! Sweating like hell yeah 💪🔥 Day 5 - ✅!

Hi Joanna, Trust me I've been doing your exercise for two weeks now and it really sweats me. I'm a beginner and thoroughly enjoying the exercise. I used to think about how will these exercises make me lose weight and inches and it is doing wonders.
Day 5 and honestly, I feel good after doing your 8 week program. Hahaha compared to the 2 previous youtube fitness influencers I followed back then, I gave up from their 2nd day hahahaha
Finished up the week with this one on week one! I accidentally did the booty band on friday, took an active rest day saturday and did this one sunday 😂 i was determined to get those abs 🔥 🔥 thank you so much Joanna!!! 💕

When I saw core. and plank Burn out, tbh I was scared because I am not a fan of planks but the good news is "I push through the workout 😊" and yes Josh you always get me sweating 💞
