I just ordered some and mine came with infrared sensor stickers and worked . Maybe that is what you are missing to place on the door for it to work and turn off as soon as you close the door
Having the same issue the charge last for 2 days , I watched your video the day I finally received them n was hoping I wouldn’t run into the same issue , for some reason they aren’t turning off , so frustrating that we can’t figure it out because it would be so awesome if they actually worked . We’ll see if customer service gets back . For anyone reading this I wouldn’t waste time or money with these they clearly are having issues perfecting there product , you will literally have to charge these every day because the light never switches off once on the door . So weird . Magnetic is also crap n if you use the double side tape u will constantly have to replace it once taken off to charge because the tape they give u is crap to .

I just put mine on and am having the opposite issue. They won’t turn on when I open the doors. My driver side does. If I run my finger across the sensor then they turn on. When charging they show green so I have no idea how long they actually need to charge for. Going to try to move them around and see if that helps. They fit my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander perfectly so that’s a plus.

Unbelievable. Ten emails later & after 9 previous refusals from them to replace (they offered a 20% onetime only ‘discount’ that I refused) they finally asked for videos of them not working. Sent video proof and STILL no exchange despite their so-called customer satisfaction. AVOID this company - they only take the money and ZERO interest in customer satisfaction 😡
I got mine from bloomcar and mine would not pan also so had them fitted for a month or so and the silver mirror finish started to fade I now after complaining have a replacement that do exactly what the video shows them doing
They I have some and never installed them cause they don't fit the factory location like they show in the video and I try to return these to them and they say sorry no refund cause these are coustom made to order
They have no return or refund done checked with them , ordered mine back in March of 22 still not received them ask for a refund they said no refund so RIP OFF 😢

Did u figure out why its not turning off? Some cars have rubber seal around the door that maybe thats what it needs. Is it doing it on all doors? And is it $100 each or for the set
No I never figured it out like I said I think img gonna go with the AoonuAuto company I looked up theirs some more and they have options to hardwire them and I'd prefer that more anyways but as for the Cardern ones they have all 4 for $100 but they offer a discount as well I believe. AoonuAuto is a lot more expensive I left a link for both sites in the description

I purchased a pair from CARLEDLOGO that look very similar ($100). My insight ... there are 4 magnets permanently mounted to the inside of the plate meant to attach the plate to the car sill. (Perhaps 3M tape would be better at holding into position.) The small button on the top of the plate is the master on/off switch. Once on, pressing the button will cycle through the 'skins.' One of the small loose magnets that come with the kit (my kit had 4 pcs) is to be mounted to the underside of the door, in a location such that when the door is closed, the magnet will overlap the sill plate about 3" from the plate's left end (plus or minus about a half inch). Once in that location, the magnet will turn the lights off (ie, door closed). You can run a test on a tabletop moving the magnet left and right on top of the plate, and you will find the sweetspot that shuts the lights off. Hope that helps.

i had the same issue after sending the measurements they stated these sil plates will fit well they didn't also the wired ones are crap wiring breaks very cheap seller wouldn't refund and they tried to rob me by sending fake paypal page i had to go through my bank to be refunded as paypal wouldn't help due to time that's what they stated. dont buy waste of money
How long did it take to get them? Parcel information sent to carrier may 15th. It's June 9th no updates for 11 days after they claim its in the states. They better be good. 90 dollars for just the front and I paid their shipping cost.
I want to say it was like 2 weeks or less. Some of the other comments stated that it took a while to get them though unfortunately. Hopefully you dont run into the same issues that some of us experienced!
I ordered mine back in April, also $92.00. It stated delivered but I never received it, had to file a dispute with my bank. The Merchant no longer exist, bank refused my claim. The company literally doesn't exist anymore and they kept my money.

The other side has been working since I got it. I went to share my experience and found they no longer exist. Total scam. Imagine all the orders that they didn't fulfill. Just running off with people's money. It took a month for me to get it. It comes from China. And they take their time "making"them

There should be a reflective STICKER that comes with it. You stick it under the door directly above the square sensor on the light.

You have to hook the magnet and put it in the right position on the other side of the door trial and error

I purchased these for my 2019 VW Golf and they were a waste of money as the drivers and passengers door won’t close as they hit the light units.
Yea, the ones I got don’t even have a button to change the color and all 4 of them are stuck on different colors smh 🤦🏾♂️
