Can you post a video of how to access the drain filter? I have the exact same washing machine and mine wont drain, i removed the back and the filter is pointed towards the front......... pls make a vid on taking off the front to access it

What is the longest cycle time on this washer, I think it's the Heavy Duty Cycle with heavy soil, steam, extra rinse, and the extra power button.
