someone being a noob killer means they have gameplay that is very hard to read and counter as a "noob" and while there is a counter play at higher play hes still pretty good also the set was 9-3 nitro favored
have you considered that Cloned may simply be an incredible Slayer player who is capable of performing well against extremely strong players, even in losing matchups?
He only beat Nitro twice that's not consistent at all and Slayer loses this matchup heavily it's just that when Slayer gets in matchups don't matter (still needs a nerf) but that's not consistent at all i took to games off of nitro before using Slayer and using gio does that mean i can consistently be nitro no. Im not trying to be mean just saying that was not consistent at all.
Slayer is not bad at all bro, also consistently means more than two back to back btw. Also this matchup is usually bad for Slayer so you're right it might be worth keeping an eye on this guy
Goldlewis can link a BT into another BT now, no health bar is safe now once he catches you. (It needs 50 % of the Security meter but still) Now in a more serious tone, I love how they decided to go completly nuts in this patch, It´s like they are trying go back to their roots and make the game icredibly dumb in what strenght level refers to, but at the same time giving the characters more freedom and allowing for more player expression, THIS is the way that Guilty Gear as Fighting Game should always *Strive* for, If I want to play a slow paced and fundamentals relying game Street Fighter alredy exist. Edit now that the patch is out: I´M A FOOL, I KNOW NOTHING, I TAKE THE ROLE OF A SILLY CLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWN...!!!
Too early to tell for sure but I think it's over, at least for me. It's not the direction I was hoping they would go, but at the same time there are some really cool stuff in there, we'll see how it plays out
Chipp’s new move is the coolest fucking thing I’ve ever seen in a fighting game and I don’t even play him I play I-No so I hope she gets some wacky shit
Now, I am generally not the one to complain, but I personally do not like the fact that Potemkin can flick Asuka's cubes and Potemkin Buster has armor - now players will have to RC from a landed normal attack once they see it coming to avoid being grabbed. As for the cubes, they're already categorized as attacks with hurtboxes that can be destroyed using any normal or special attack. With Heat Tackle, 5HS having HKD or Tumble effects on airborne opponents, this match-up was already widely considered Potemkin-favored, but with the ability to flick Asuka's spells - I feel Asuka may become one of Potemkin's easiest match-ups - like Testament... As for some of the other changes: Gobou personally felt that Damado Fang (command grab) fully replenishing the Eddie gauge was "lame" - but he, and I am sure other Asuka users as well, are excited that you can change Test Cases during Harmonics Boost (Full Order) -- I guess ASW is trying to get more players into using them; but without any meaningful buffs to the other Test Cases and if Case 3 is not weakened next patch, according to Gobou - they have no future... The changes I-No's Chemical Love seem a bit strange, and I hope that MLA will not automatically wallstick like Pilebunker, because that would be a nerf... Aside from that, Dizzy looks fun and has kept her identity from the older games; if I heard correctly, ASW stated that Dizzy's GGST playstyle is based on her fighting style from Xrd, and with the Ice Spear being a seemingly important move, it makes sense. Now, with her having her trademark Ice Spike (a much better version of Asuka's) and her full screen beam, I do not know if the Asuka/Dizzy match-up will advantageous for us Asuka users, but I like both characters, and only time will tell...

Basically a dandy vampire that respects his opponents (not gameplay-wise at least). He's a total very cool man in story too.
