Chains and their follow up with Mollies sister Mamie is fantastic stuff! Very versatile! They're great song writers! Keep the pace girls! Hearin ya in Chicago!
Genius how they have the sound setup for this venue. The way Orlaith has the bass sound set more in the high-midrange with that lite fuzz tone is perfect for what they’re doing. I don’t know if it’s them or somebody working with them but the end result is really excellent.
My GOD check out the authenticity of these two incredibly talented GIRLS. Looking forward the witnessing them rise to fame as they grow into women . . . AND YES, Mamie is a brilliant part of the plan(when she can get the day off from school!) Vigilantly Listening(Believing in YOU), T.F.
I love this song! Great original! When I was In Belfast in 2013 ( police fire world games). I fell in love with the city and the people. I had this feeling that this city would be a great place for a center of good music like a revival of sorts. I would love to go back and jam on the streets of Belfast like you girls. Keep it up ladies you are the last hope!!!
BIG fan from the U.S.! Didn't know much about them after watching dozens of their music videos, so this bit of bio was sweet. Extremely talented ladies deserve to hit it really big worldwide.
This is great music by Orlaith & Molly but having Mamie as dummer surely brought Dea Matrona what they are today, Great move Orlaith & Molly. Love Dea Matrona’s music. Always a fan. 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 🥁 🎸 🎸
So refreshing to see and hear talented young women writing and performing music with substance and guts as opposed to the whiny broken-hearted drivel coming from most others of their generation. Thanks ladies!
Actually, this before Mamie joined them and they were known as Orlaiith and Mollie. Mamie has since left the band to focus on her education so they are technically a duo again but they kept the name Dea Matrona after Mamie’s departure.
Their song "Wilderness" needs a drum beat/line like John Bonham's in the Led Zeppelin song "Trampled Under Foot". They also need to fuzz up the bass a little bit more. They could make "Wilderness" a lot more hard rock if they wanted to.
Why is there always some twonk on the camera who thinks a tight close up of a guitar player's right hand is of any interest? It happens even on videos made by bands, but you may as well focus on a singer's foot. Guys, have a little humility - you don't know anything about music, so stop trying to show off - it's boring, and it's not cool - stick to wider shots and serve the viewers - it's not all about you!
And now they have just released a full 12 song album and completed a UK & Ireland headline tour! Love their music and skills.
They are very talented, they never cease to enthral me with their musical ability.
4:07 The way Mollie emphasizes "chens"...I just fell in love❤
And now I can believe. Some journey they have done 👍🏼

Yeah Orlaith is the brunette and Mollie is blonde. The names are wrong here!
Trist McDo Mollie is smoking hot
The host was correct but the editor got them mixed up.

Musically you can do no wrong! 🐱

I'm watching this thinking, Damn, I thought Molly was the blonde. Ah, yes, she is they've labelled them wrong.
Very inspiring.
very good
Hearing you guys in Denver.
Ok just lead in with a killer base line. Yip
AWESOME
Great
I wish that Mamie would rejoin them again 😪 💔
I totally agree 👍
Wow
Great version with great sound. Better mix than the EP studio version.
👍👍
Nile Rogers missed a trick....could be producing one of the best girl bands around.....
Dea Matrona!
Most peo plle womt realise just good muscians yous are! Changing bass to 6 string guitar and lead etc..
Chicas son geniales..Argentina las espera
Orlaith is Mollie and Mollie is Orlaith 😊
They got the names wrong in the captions.
Early version of Dea Matrona
I like their early songs . Would be great to hear them redone with their drummer Mamie .
Wo ist die Liebe Drummerìn?
Actually, this before Mamie joined them and they were known as Orlaiith and Mollie. Mamie has since left the band to focus on her education so they are technically a duo again but they kept the name Dea Matrona after Mamie’s departure.
Trying to find out if this original
Both were from their EP -- 4 original songs.
"It's called Chaiieens"
theyre irish....
Irish but being from the north it's similar to southern Scottish.
Their song "Wilderness" needs a drum beat/line like John Bonham's in the Led Zeppelin song "Trampled Under Foot". They also need to fuzz up the bass a little bit more. They could make "Wilderness" a lot more hard rock if they wanted to.
Bring the drums in on the second verse maybe, to mix it up.
And yes, you are very easy to watch
字幕で彼女らの名前が入れ替わってる。
g↔b が入れ替わってるので余計にややこしい
Oh wow their voices really can be heard here. Sounds as good as the girls look. Where’s the drummer women?
I think the drummer is Mollies younger sister.
3 years later the text writer (chyron) for the screen is still cringing about displaying the opposite names for the girls...
Wheres the drummer ??
Is is just me or did the TD screw up their names?
where u drummer gone
WHA ? No Mamie ??! (😭)
