I am a pitcher and u help me and if i ever make it to something big bc of pitching i will shout u but i prob wont and u make me love the game instead of not loving it and being forced to run it made running more fun i pitch every day get a break on fridays but i dont over pitch my arm but u have made me love the game and remember the name Tommi Clift she might be big someday (btw thats me lol)

I have a question how fast do you pitch and do you have any tips on how you got your speed?
I’ve been pitching for about 3 years now and I pitch 56-57 but I CANTZ HIT 60 and when I pitch in a game of course I slow it down 😖😖 54-55 but I play in Texas for the bombers in Houston and like....it’s lots of pressure pitching wise 🥴
