Good afternoon My Ajax hub isn't pairing with my application and when I try it,it says the Hub has been added to another device even after I have carried out a factory reset. What can I do . Please I need your help

I am on night mode for some reason, and nowhere can I find out how to turn it off, ehatever it is or does. The whole system is so complicated and obscure that I never use it unless I sit on the control fob by accident. I regret I bought it.

Is it possible to program the system so that the siren will (or wilt not) stay silent, and only the app gets an alert/notificaties in case of alarm?
Why i pair the door sensor not funtionning...i have change new door sensor ...but cannot pair up with hub
