Lisa’s 10 Minute Stuffed Peaches

Eating al fresco is done on a daily basis in Sicily. Due to the weather, as it’s usually warm, but also because of the beautiful landscape! Eating outside in the fresh air is a Sicilian tradition. This peach dessert is a perfect ending to an al fresco meal : you grill the peaches outside, you can adorn them with the mascarpone and the balsamic glaze outside, and start to finish, it’s ten minutes!
