- Starland is losing all power! The Star Darlings start putting all the pieces together, trying to figure out who is causing this Negative Energy Crisis. Everything points to Lady Stella. But when they go to confront her, they realize that it’s actually Lady Cordial who’s behind it all. Now the Star Darlings must try and fight Lady Cordial. Will they finally take her down?

I remember watching this as a child trying to figure out the plot by putting the puzzle pieces together cause they didn’t animate any of the important plots and just animated what they wanted and made an ending at random.

Seriously I only had two books and I wasn’t super interested in reading them but I loved the animated clips so much I would watch them anyways.
if you’re confused: all 12 have gone on a mission, leona’s, however, failed. scarlet was supposedly incorrectly chosen, and ophelia took her place. however, ophelia was super dim and knows very little. turns out, scarlet should’ve been there. poisonous flowers were put into their dorms and caused the dorm mates began arguing because of the energy, and got nail polish and began acting odd. the star kindness day messages were all turned into negative and mean insults. if you want to read the books, go to a library.

You and I are one in the same! I also got into dolls at the same time and when I found out they had dolls for this series I got so excited and bought a scarlet one off of ebay! We can most *definitely* be kids again 🤩

There is some confusion for those who don't read the books and they'll be all like "What!?! Scarlet was replaced? Who's Ophelia? Poisonous flowers? WHAT!?! And what's worse is that the person who ruined starland isn't even in the show!

snowy roxx22 the bad wish Gemma granted was a wish about friends these two girls were friends it was Halloween the girls dressed as nerds there are these group of girls I think the girl's name was Zoe she wanted to be friends with them there was a costume contest Zoe's friend came out dressed as a nerd alone then Zoe came out with the girls dressed as a supermodel Zoe's friend ran off the stage and there is this cloud of bad energy coming towards Gemma's wish pendant AKA her earrings I Forgot the Rest

It has been 6 years since this show ended and it only now I realised each darling is based off of a constellation 😅
This reminds me of My Little Pony a lot:
Twilight- A hybrid between Vega and Sage ( Vega is smart like Twilight and Sage has the power of a leader like how Twilight does)
Fluttershy: Piper (she actually represent kindness in this episode too, you can hear her lines clearly at the start)
Rainbow Dash: A hybrid between Scarlet and Astra obviously. They are both savage,awesome and love themselves and Astra has the speed power and energetic.We have to admit it.
Rarity- Leona and Adora, her voice(leona) and her style kind of related to Rarity especially when she says "Don't blame the fight on the flowers" to her pose and when she is disgusted by the name negative like how Rarity is afraid of mud.Adora loves fashion and have the same dream as Rarity.
Pinkie Pie: Libby, crazy, obsessed with pink,love parties. Okay...everyone knows it.
Apple Jack: I am not sure about AJ's characteristics so I am just guessing she might be Gemma, in the book, her definition is she shares everything honest about herself.
This must be inspired by MLP with induvidual personalities of Mane 6 splitting into 2 different person and creates 12 star darlings. So related don't you think?

Saw this on Sunday, loved it! Did a great job adapting the last half of the 12th book. The only inaccuracy being Lady Stella should've already been accused of being the villain and left the school, but otherwise very good!

almost none of this happened in the books. star darlings cant communicate with each other through their star zaps while on wishworld. "negatite" isnt a thing. piper didnt have a dream about rancora. when the negative wish was granted, that was it - there was no having to "stop the negative wish orb". this is all so inaccurate it hurts. this series is supposed to be a way for people who cant afford all 12 books to experience the plot for themselves. not only did it skip through 11 books to get to the end, but none of what is in this end is correct at all! i'm extremely disappointed.
They completely cut out the part with the nail polish thing as well

Ash I know. It did feel like we're being shoved into the middle of the story rather than the beginning. I think you have to read all 12 of the Star Darling books in order to get the full context. This episode corresponds with the 12th book "Gemma and the Ultimate Standoff."
