Toronto Caribbean Carnival (Caribana) King & Queen Showcase 2023 - Parade of Male individuals

This video is a showcase of the Male Individual presentations for 2023.
The video was recorded August 3, 2023 at Lamport Stadium in Toronto, Canada for the Toronto Caribbean Carnival, also known as Caribana.
Please note that it starting rain mid-way through resulting in a questionable recording, as I tried to prevent my camera from being soaked.
There is no recording of the Kings and Queens costumes, as the organizers made an executive decision to not continue with the showcase after the male individual parade citing safety concerns, given it started to rain heavily with sounds of thunders heard by attendees.
My recommendation is to start these events earlier, especially since it was forecasted to rain.
