Yeah same, sadly I don’t think that’s how they treat our stuff in America…
I live in Japan currently. I can say, the frozen fried rice here, compared to the frozen fried in America, is way better. Even the ones made by the same company, Ajinomoto for example. The frozen rice on base taste different then the ones off base.

@@CH-kr2df well yes. I can’t give exact details but a few generalised points to prove my statement
- there’s a law that allows only a certain amount of rodent hair in factory products
- factory workers are paid by the minimum and have ready made procedures to counteract when a grumpy worker explodes
- American companies invests in the most low priced stuff for the best results. Coke uses Corn Syrup because it’s much cheaper, they make factories in China despite the horrible work conditions and sanitation, and shut up media from reporting the horrible treatment.
I can give lots more but I got exams to study for, not exact details and stuff. I can give a ratio to death of starvation to obese people in America tho, buts that’s not my priority.

That frozen "fried rice" looks pretty good--I'd eat it. [those Korean food factories are obsessive about being clean--I doubt it's the same standard here in the USA]

The secret is in the seasoning water for the rice 😂 lots of unhealthy stuff
Very efficient factory and very hygienic. The fried rice looked good but needed soy sauce, eggs and more shrimp.👍
That is why it is $1. Also, if the person has a pan and a kitchen, they don't need this product. I can see this in a 24 hour vending machine cafe'

I understand what you mean - I had fried rice for dinner that was made from leftover rice, some frozen veg and chicken skewers. Added seasonings included oyster sauce and miso. But I also understand how useful packets like this would be for a lot of people, added extras or not.

@@Not-A-Content-Creator yeah at the plant I worked at that made chips, everything was recycled. They had their own waste treatment on site.
@@Burmy-zf4rr I temped for a short time in a plant similar to this in USA. The cleanliness you saw in this video is how clean the plant is at the start of the day and at the end of the day. Employees will have their gloves rip, hairnets will get loose. They get fixed or replaced quickly, but they are humans. For the factory itself, machines have a 90% success rate if good, and plenty of times are just not used because paying 5 people $15/hour to do the job is easier that getting the machine to work. Even the machines that work have at least one person fixing problems as it runs, picking up stuff it drops, preventing jams, cleaning up food that it slings everywhere. That machine you saw opening bags and filling them, I can guarantee that they recorded it for an hour just to get the few seconds of footage that showed it working properly. But, at the end of the day the whole place is literally hosed down, and every crevice on every machine is scrubbed clean.

거의 대부분의 공장에서 만들어지는 음식들이 식당에서파는것보다 훨씬 깨끗함. 더럽게 만든다고 걸려서 뉴스에 나오는건만 봐서그렇지 깨끗한공장은 안걸리니까 뉴스에 안나오는거고
어느 제조공장에 직접가본적이 있는데 재료도 좋고 공정도 깨끗하고 잘 만들더만요.

Yeah that did look pretty good but just an FYI , it's SEASONED water, like broth ya know. And margarine is also a dairy free alternative of butter.
It’s not seaweed water, it’s seasoned water. Most likely soy sauce and shrimp stock water.

공장기기들이 돌아가는거보면 저렇게 작동하는데 음식이 만들어질까..?싶은 디자인들이 제품만들어내고 포장하는게 경이로워요..
직원분들의 움직임도 무심해보이지만 하나하나 숙련자의 절제된 움직임이구요.
신기해요..근데 막상해보면 어려워요 공장일...

I really like this factory. They still need humans and haven’t made the entire process reliant on machines.
i liked that part about it too! some of the tasks they had people do i’m sure they could just use a machine for, but it is nice that they give those tasks to real people
