This is a playaround of what is considered the most popular hack of Street Fighter II': Champion Edition. The hack was found in bootlegged arcade cabinets throughout the world, surpassing the original in availability in some places.
This hack features several modifications, such as the ability to change characters mid-match, teleportation, midair special moves, and new projectile attacks. Capcom later incorporated some of these new moves into Street Fighter 2 Turbo.
In this run, the author shows off all the fighters and makes good use of some of the craziness added to the game. He also shows off quite a few glitches that are quite amusing to see.

I played the rainbow edition and the version I played had the CPU able to change into snyknt in the game but also use any move..
There needs to be a modern fighting game where you can fight as anyone in the middle of a match in similar vein to Rainbow Edition.
I think it's supposed to be your character "tagging out" like in wrestling but yeah, it's definitely not implemented well here

It seems like this guy _meant_ to say Sheng Long, but then was suddenly thinking about Mortal Kombat in the middle of writing, and never noticed that he wrote "tsune" instead… Y'know like, instead of just being a simple misspelling of Shang Tsung.

Fighting game TAS' are the best cuz they're not speedruns. They're things like "look at all this dumb stuff that happens when you input multiple directions on the stick at once" and rainbow was already broken lol.

For some reason when I had SFII Turbo on my SNES, I thought if I beat M. Bison on the highest difficulty then I would have unlocked this version lol

Now let's compare SF2 to SFA3, I see that the series hasn't aged yet, I suppose that it needs more time back in the day. More generations are yet to come. Once Capcom is done with SF5, we can hope that we will see what happens after SF3: Third Strike, thus hoping for SF6.
