I don't understand why grown-ups still use their hands to cover their cough. Before I started working in a child care center I used my arms to cover my cough. Use common sense people.
Even when you sneeze into your elbow, and then place your arms on an armrest of a chair or couch, you're spreading germs. Best to use a handkerchief or paper towel.
@@johnlindsay5214 well the problem with that is, people don't walk around with those things. I'm speaking like if your not at home. So the best thing is your arm/shoulder. You don't go around grabbing things and touching things with your arm like you do with your hands. So that's why they say use your arm.
