Okay, here's what ya do for a really nice breakfast.... Cut an English Muffin in half. Then pan toast both sides... with a little olive oil. Then lay in a slice of bacon while the muffin toasts. Put half of a slice of cheddar on the top of the muff. Then remove all of it and fry your egg in the bacon grease. Preferably with the yolk a lil runny. Then move the egg onto the muffin. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a green spice mix. Then, lay down a little Arugula next to your sandwich, plus a few slices of fresh avocado. Then sprinkle that with a dash of the same spices. Dope breakfast. No indigestion. No weight gain. And so f***ing tasty.
