That part of the river where Frank could swim, leading the way, is one of the most beautiful and touching things I've seen. What a champ.

I’m so in awe of your strength and grace when tackling the gruelling parts. I think taking the river portage was the better call, because sometimes the water carried the weight and Frank could have a refreshing paddle. Loving this mini series.

She has a huge will power that drives her, that's for sure! Battling heat, sweat, thirst, weight, branches, hunger, animals, bugs, people, rocky roads that end, other people, always allot to haul and think about. It's a lot of work! 💪💪💪 I'm exhausted just watching.

Finally watched this segment of the great challenging adventure. Read everyone's comments and they say everything i might have said. What a task to film while going through those overgrown, shallow, slippery rocky areas. You did a great job. Frank of course is the cutest, sweetest being. Thank you. 🐸

Saw the print you showed, looks like a print that we cast and it is believed that some Sasquatch only have 4 toes. Bears have 5 toes. Perhaps you came upon a young Sasquatch in camp. 🏕️ Another Great Video!!! 🤩

Yes it's more challenging with a senior dog but I also know it's a labour of love and Frankie knows it too....he is the BEST BOY! I get anxiety just watching and thinking, damn... how does she know where she is, where she's going, and how to get back? Are you doing a loop. I'm totally lost. Then I'd worry about losing gear and battery life or a bear. I'd be too much on scared mode if I were alone. And if I were ever in this adventorous world, I'd want Amanda with me to point the way out ... she's got this world whipped!! My hell, I think you really should consider applying for the "Survivor" show because you'd win that $$million for sure Amanda!!
Do you ever get concerned that you'll puncture your board on some of those rocks/wood/any sharp objects? You are quite the sport taking on this trip. You're doing great!
It crossed my mind but I was careful to avoid dragging over sharp rocks and most were worn smooth by the river. After this trip I’m less concerned, it’s a really rough board.
I'm guessing it's a bit like a bike puncture, something that may happen, u deal with it and carry a repair kit.. it would be an excuse to have a break while the glue dry's.... (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
I do carry a patch kit and a emergency pump but technically you’re supposed to wait 24hours for the adhesive to cure so it would be a bit of a situation although one I could easily handle

When I was in junior high school my parents and I went to Canada every summer for fishing. (I swam and played) One time, dad went with the other men on a portage. It was hard going. I think portages are special....lots of work but feels good after done. You should be proud of yourself and Frank.
